no radio/dome lights/door locks/power mirrors

Hello everyone, just got my 1g gst yesterday and I installed some led lights to shine on the floor. There were already some on the passenger side I I just tapped into those wires. I just the key on and heard a faint pop. I have checked the fuses for each thing that isn't working and they are fine. I'm lost. I have checked the fuse and ground on the cd player also. Please help.

Edit: everything besides what I mentioned works fine except CC that didn't work when I got the the car.

well, if you heard a pop it most likely was a fuse. did you check the room fuse under the kick panel

I checked every fuse.

How do you tell if they are blown?

Pull the fuse and check for continuity with a multi-meter.

Its just like any other fuse when its blown.

Yea i agree sounds like the fuse to me.

^^^Indeed, and that fuse is difficult to just look at to determine if its good or not cause when it blows, it breaks off real low in the plastic block. OP, I bet some of your electrical stuff works when the car is running, and if so, its the 80amp fuse for sure.

Hey everyone I apologize for never responding, I got everything working except for the dash lights. I have checked all fuses. I have no clue what to check next. I already tried rewiring the dimmer switch. Should I still change the 80 amp?

Do your parking lights work? If they don't then there is a fuse in the engine bay fuse block that when it blows, the dash lights as well as parking lights stop working.

All lights are working, except for the dash and heater/ac lights. The ac on/off button light still works.

After 3 months of BS from the mechanic I finally got my car back, I checked the 80 amp it's fine. Is the dimmer rewire supposed to be the black/yellow from the dimmer connected to the black from the harness or vice versa? The green stay untouched right?
