no power and oil in intake pipe

well i think theyre two seperate issues but i figure ill throw em both out there. the first is that the car seems slow, its got good low end and seems to be boostin although i dont have a good gauge yet. but the thing is that it doesnt seem to pull after about 4k or so. also, there is oil in my uicp. i checked the BOV pipe and the hose to the manifold and there is oil in it. i assume this means the turbo is bad?

check the turbo for shaft play. If it has a lot then you found your problem.

Agreed, check the turbo. Thats exactly what happened on my car when my turbo went out. Time to upgrade!
