No electrical power past fuse block

Guys my car has been stuck for about a month i can use all the help and advice as possible. Ill start from the beginning. I made a novice mistake and forgot to unhook my Neg cable when changing my alternator. I arched it out and then lost all power to the interior. No dash lights no door ding no ignition power. Nothing! I have done a ton of research and everything i could find said it would be the bolt in alternator fuse. That fuse didnt blow. i replaced it anyway, still no power. There is no fusible link between the alternator and Battery and there is 12V running through it. same thing with the starter it has power. I am not very good with wiring. As far as i can tell power goes to the fuse block but doesnt leave the fuse block to enter the interior. I have bought a multimeter and test light trying to figure it out. I have had no luck. So any advise would be appreciated. Thanks

there is 3 white wires for power in the box 2 come in from the alt an one goes out, check each wire for power and if the one going out has power at the box, trace that wire an check the end for power. it sounds like you might have burnt a wire in two the fuse should have blown but you never know
