Okay, my car is dead and i'm just gonna lay the problem out.
My car over the past week has started up no problem, but when starting up it sounds like its gonna die when first cranking, but then just fires up. I went out to my car this morning, and I would crank it and it would crank for a couple seconds and then finally just die out. Now I just bought a new battery 3 weeks ago, so i took it back, upgraded from 650 amps to 685, but then I put it in, and now there just isnt any power, period. I also swapped in a new alternator when putting the new battery in just for shlts and giggles.
So bottom line, i got a brand new alternator and battery, all hooked up right and there is completely nothing going on, no cranking, no lights, no nothing. What's going on?
Also when hooking up the new battery, do you hook up the power to the battery before the ground, or the other way around? or does it not matter? Thanks in advance guys, I'm freik'n floatin in the breeze here, I need help.
