No dash lights come on except CEL, and seat belt

So guys here is another problem with this car. I am not getting any idiot lights on such as oil, coolant, or anything except for CEL and the seat belt light when the key is all the way turned right before you turn it to start. The car will not start up and it's cranking really slow which I believe is due to me buying a cheap battery that only has 415 cranking amps which is really weak. But what would cause none of my lights to come on?

I have checked the tail light fuse and it's not popped or anything. I really need help with this. Somehow I think this has something to do with why I can not start my car either.

I checked for fuel, spark and compression. I have all 3 but like I said it's incredibly slow when cranking. I have all grounds hooked up and are good with new wires to many of them. I'd really like to solve the mystery of my dash lights first.

go through your fuse box with a test light. Who knows, you may have blown some fuses. Slow cranking normally means a mechanical restriction. Check available voltage at the battery with a DMM

Ok guys so I went ahead and bouth a Optima Red top battery for the maximum cranking amps which helped alot!! Also re ran a new ground and power cable to the starter and battery. Helped out a lot!! But still wouldn't start.
Ok so figured it out, Turns out my ECU temperature sending unit wires were mixed up and flooding the car with gas to attempt to start it. After some careful inspection of the wires and where they were supposed to go I finally figured out what wires went where and fixed the problem!!!

Who would have thought that the ECU temperature sending unit wires could have caused all these problems!!

I went through, spark, fuel, compression, and a new CAS. Tested the Starter, bought a better brand battery with more cranking amps! WTF I'm stoked now!!!
