420A No catalytic converter?

Does the 1995 eagle talon come with a cat ? Because the only things that connect to the exhaust is a muffler and resonator I’m confused

Catalytic converters have been required since 1975. If a car doesn't have one it's been removed

Somebody has replaced the exhaust on your car and in the process eliminated the catalytic converter. Simple as that.
