So I've read Multiple Threads on basically everything..I purchased a 95 GST about 5 weeks ago, had the head gasket changed along with a valve job ($1700 spent) when I got it back a week ago I changed air filters and my boost gauge from a mechanical to a digital (glowshift boost) Guage..I noticed there was a MBC installed under the hood but not attached (i also had no hose attached to the valve cover breather..So I did my research and attached it with what I had (Worked great for 3 days, I played with it and even hit 15psi safely.
Well today I got an eBay Oil Catch Can in and decided to install it.
To do this I had to rerun all the vacuum hoses..this is how I set it up
Catch Can = V.C. To C.C. C.C. to intake hose (the nipple on the right)
I then installed the Boost controller (both nipples are level on opposite sides)
Turbo Source to MBC. MBC back to Wastegate..
I checked all lines and took it out and it wouldnt go past 10 psi..I switched lines around and played with the settings, still no luck.
I have a Blitz BOV that's vented right now (if it makes a difference) and ill try to make a diagram or post pictures to help you guys out.

I just want to know if possibly the MBC is bad or maybe I just didn't run the hose's properly :ohdamn:
Thanks to everybody In advance! :thumb:

Well sounds like you did something wrong if it worked fine before you did the work! Recheck your work bro make sure all the vac lines are hooked up properly and not torn. What brand mbc? Maybe that's why it wasn't hooked up if could be a cheap eBay mbc and doesn't work properly, I don't know just a thought!

hopefully these help a little.. im currently drawing a diagram of how it was set up and how i currently have it set up

Im Sorry but what exactly is a check valve? and i dont have my intake manifold connected to my catch can, it flows to my BOV..My catch can is circulating between the intake and valve cover breather.

The Purple Is The Catch Can Set up
The Red is The Boost Controller Set up
And The Yellow is the Single Line running from My Intake Manifold to my B.O.V.
Is This The Proper Way To Have All Three Of these Work In Harmony?
(I Do understand my BOV is currently "Vented" Im working on Getting a new one)

To recirc the bov just find a piece of hose that will work alot of guys use the Home Depot spa hose. To attach remove the plug from intake tube and make the your new piece of tube fit, shouldn't be to hard your bov has a nice lip on the horn you can use to hold the new hose on. Everything else seems ok. Not sure what could be wrong other than the mbc being junk.

And The All red diagram is how i had it set up 2 days ago when i was at 14psi.. the turbo and wastegate were T'd together then running to the boost controller..Boost controller back to the intake pipe. Notice my Valve cover breather has no hose connected to it..

So after uninstalling the catch can and running the hoses the same my MBC still wasnt working, i then rewired it with 2 T's as seen in the lower diagram with Red for the T's, Purple for MBC hoses & Yellow for my Catch can..& it worked it actually hit 16psi to be exact..What do you guys think? is this safe to drive if i leave the hoses as is and lower the PSI?

Well technically the catch can is tied into the intake and my boost controller is connected to the intake..is that a bad thing? Should I go back to how it was before and just order a new MBC?

okay, so after Reading The Link that was sent to me I Did a little more research and found this out
:hmm:

1. If using only 1 catch can place inbetween the Turbo and Valve cover
2. if Turbo Line is already in use, The intake manifold may take its place as a vacuum source
Which leaves me With the intake Source and the BOV

Heres my reference's & diagrams, Please tell me If my New set up will work..
YELLOW = Air Intake Soure to BOV
PURPLE = Intake Manifold to MBC to Wastegate
RED = Turbo Inlet to Catch Can to V.C.
