No airflow??

Ok i hooked up my friends datalogger to my car and i notice i didnt see any airflow signal. it just stays at zero. The software of the logger was OBDgauge. logged IDLE any ideas to why it stays zero?

I'm not familiar with that program, so I can't say anything about that.

Are you sure that your MAS is plugged in? How is the car running? Does it feel like it's in limp mode?

My car feels normal and the MAS is plugged in.. hmmm... i wonder whats wrong.

Maybe the fact that your trying to log an OBDII car with "OBDGauge"...

You o2's are wrong also.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the car, I'm saying that software doesn't work right with our cars...

ODBII is "supposed" to be standardized but is not always the case.

Just because it's OBDII doesn't mean it will work But there is more to compliance. Ford and GM decided to use a different physical layer of the OBDII network. In other words, GM and Ford ECUs say the same thing (since it's OBDII compliant) but the means by which they say it is different. PocketLOGGER is NOT compatible with these cars. Some Toyotas also used this different interface as well as some Chrysler cars.

There are several free or next to free loggers specifically designed for the T/E/Ls so why not try one of those?
