We just rebuild the tranny with Alto clutches and steels, also Translab VB, and kiggly shifter mod ATF front CNC hub < btw is a (4 clutch)..

basically I have good 1-2 shift but dosent shift into 3rd.

pressure on the Front clutch comes back at 40psi and drops as rpms goes up.

Is this a Oil Pump issue? I'm a newb at these auto world any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys.

Could be a tob, clutch, linkage issue or internal transmission.
This is clearly an auto trans.

Does if just not shift to 3rd or does it shift but 3rd isn't engaging?

both solenoids have no voltage in 3rd like is suppose too with the kiggly mod, so when im in 2nd gear and try to shift it to 3rd nothing happens. like it stays in 2nd.

FSM shows that needs to be 120psi + OEM and 200+ with the shift kit.... im only getting 40psi on the Front clutch.. 100psi on the rear clutch assembly.

Kind of sounds like a hanging valve, or an improperly placed check ball in the valve body. If it is holding 1st and second than it seems like you have good pressure from the pump.

first thing is check for codes then see if fluid smells burnt . if you don't have 3rd gear you should have a code like gear ratio error in third . if the pump was bad you wouldn't have any gear . if the fluid isn't burnt then a gear could have snapped like a sun gear . also the best way to find a trans problem is to see what clutches are applied in third gear .

Pulled the tranny apart, inspected the front hub and found out that the preassembled billet basket from ATF had a missing piston seal. Thats where all my pressure was going..
