Well I went out to the track tonight to test out my new high stall torque converter. Got to run a newer model viper, not sure of the specifics on it but I will find out tomorrow. Got an 11.579 @ 119.5 out of the car. Should have gotten alot better but before I could do any tuning a bolt came loose on the water pump and started spewing out some antifreeze so I called it a night. I got the Viper by about a second a alot of car lengths. A friend has the video of me running the viper, I will try and get it up tomorrow or the next day :D :thumb: btw, this was all done on a totally stock head, no cams or cam gears, and no nitrous...yet :D

Even though you did beat him, He is still going home in a viper.

Nice kill, hurry up with that video.

Yeah your point, He probally will burn his leg on the side exhaust when he gets out :tease:

Tomorrow my buddy if FINALLY supposed to bring his video camera by to get the video up :D :thumb:

I don't know if I am an idiot or what but I can't seem to get the video off the camera. The camera is a Canon Elura 65 if anybody knows how to get it off or has some software to do it or something? :(

what kind of connections does the camera have, i am not sure about your model but some have firwire connections you can plug them in and then launch windows movie maker and it will automate the process, if you have an A/V out port, i connect the A/V cable to my all in wonder and can pull the video that way. there are also some with the Yellow/Red/White outs ( like a TV) and you can pull the data the same way you pull the A/V out.

Sweet! I will try that asap with my camera, and if it works I will get the cassette thing from him and get it on here! I forgot what kind of camera he has but if I can't get it to work with mine hopefully one of those options will work with his!

I just realized I didn't have a firewire cable for it, only the usb. I am going to go tomorrow and get the firewire cable and hopefully get some footage up ASAP. Got some more footage racing an 03 cobra that was modded. My tranny was slipping and he red lighted, but I still beat him to the end. :sneaky:

Yeah I know, thats the other thing I have to train my dad to do, not talk! He was yelling and talking the whole time!
