Okay I found this calculator just searching the web and I thought I share it with you guys especially if you ever wondered how changing a rear end or even running a different size tire, the effect that it would have on your speed. All you do is enter the gear ratios of particular dsm transmission, make sure you check the box for the number of gears you have which would be 5 , next you enter the correct axle ratio which is the total final drive for your dsm transmission, which can be found here,

You are all set. in my case I entered the evo 1 gear ratios from 1-5th
1st - = 2.571
2nd – = 1.600
3rd - = 1.160
4th - = 0.862
5th - = 0.617
Axle ratio 5.433
Then entered 245-35-18 tires and found that the program was spot on with my speed do not put anything in the transfer case spot. Since I have the 3.909 rear end on my car, I wanted to know where the car speed would be near redline, this gives me some idea of my max speed , if my car had the whp to reach it. Needed the information for the 1/2 mile event. Once you enter the information from your transmission it will store that information on whatever browser you are using that way every time you visit you will not have to reenter all the gear ratios. It also have another side that you can make changes and compare with the original info entered. Enjoy!
