what does it take to get a new fuel map?

are there piggy back systems that can store maps?

what does the VPC do?
what about the other one GCC or something?

feel free to explain everything.

New fuel maps means reprograming your swapping ecu, maybe something like these;

Piggybacks I believe don't store maps, or at least the apex safc I use doesn't;
