Newbie question about Toluene

Our hardware stores sell laquer thinner up here that contains toluene, methyl ethyl hydrate, acetone and methanol (exact amounts of each not known). Is this the stuff needed to make home made racegas or should I be seeking out pure toluene?, cause I have never seen a container of pure toluene at any major hardware store up here (Home Depot or Rona)

I can buy Toulene in a pure form at my local hardware store. It is around 9-10$ per gallon. It works extremely well in 10-30% tolulene:gas ratios.
