hi guy's

I am starting a list for a new build..

I need a new motor in my 98 gsx, i have a budget of $3000.

I'd like to have a dependable 375 whp car

should i go with a 6bolt motor

etc.. what would be best recomended on this budget,, this only includes the everything except .my intercooler and dsmlink .

I have done alot of reading for the last 5 months, and have an idea, so i figure i would post and get your opinion before i taint it with my ideas.

stock 6bolt, mild cam and decent turbo will do that easy. and should stay under $3,000 if you shop around.

A 6bolt motor with arp head studs and a metal headgasket, then a good act 2600 clutch, walbro 255 fuel pump, hks 272 cams,2og turbo,650cc injectors and something to tune it. Then your goal will be no problem.

this is my car

very true, but think shop work to, hot tank, deck the block, and a rebuilt head forged internals, and a mega squirt stand alone. and would not go with act.
my six bolt alone just to hot tank, and deck, balance, crank turned. was 550. it gets expensive
