Hi guys,

My name is Bozhidar and I'm from Bulgaria.
I'm the proud owner of a 1993 Eclipse GS since 2016, but I just recently decided to join the forum.
These cars are really rare in my country and it's getting harder to source parts for them, but I have no plans to part ways with mine anytime soon!
My goal is to keep it as close to stock as possible, and it's currently in pretty good condition both mecanically and cosmetically. I'm not really a "tuner" so to say, but if I come across a thread on something I have knowledge about or an issue I've experienced, I'll be happy to give my thoughts.

Here are some pics of the car:

One of the most recent cosmetic restorations that I did, was to have the rear end interior plastics repainted, as they were in pretty bad shape. They had some cracks and were all scratched up, which was really annoying me since I got the car.
Here are some before and after pics:

Did the cars in your country still come with pop up headlights in 1993? They quit over here in 1992 and went to a fixed headlight assembly. I love the car you have, it is a gorgeous color! :thumb:

Thanks Marty! I also think the color is really eye-catching and looks great on these cars! The paint numer is R65 - Almaden Red Pearl.

I'm not exactly sure what the headlight situation was like in Europe, but they for sure kept them with pop-ups for longer here. I personally know one person that has an Eclipse with fixed ones, and his was imported from the US. All other ones that I've seen on the road, for sale or for parts, have all been with pop-up headlights.
