Here is the new log as requested.. 2500-redline in 3rd gear. thanks for any help. I changed the o2 sensor from before and now it is reading better I think... it's in mV. For some reason the TPS is not reading 100% when I put the pedal to the floor, but if I pull the throttle cable at the TB, it hits 100. i need to figure out how to fix that.
 
There are two bolts at the back of the intake mani that can be adjusted to take the slack out of the throttle cable...try that to see if it helps.

Edit: untill you can do a log and read 100% TPS I won't say anything about your log. Right now it looks rich in the middle for sure.
