new injectors cause big problem!

Just put a new set of 550cc injectors in my car today. Now I'm afraid to start it. It makes this really hard knocking noise from the engine bay while cranking it. I accidentally forgot to plug injector number 2 in while I attempted to crank the first time. I noticed something was wrong and double checked all connections. I found the unplugged the injector and corrected the problem. Now i get this horrible noise that sounds kinda sounds like a car when its stalling out. It pseudo started to like 200rpms but was making that horrible noise still so I quit cranking it. Whatd I break?

Edit: I tuned out 18% in lo and hi throttle. I got it to start but it runs like crap. I have not gotten my 190lph pump in yet. Could installing it make it run alot better?

Did you replace the Injector seals and remember to put the 3 plastic spacers back under the Rail.

Yep, I replaced all four seals and made sure the spacers were put back in place. No fuel is leaking as far as I can see.

Update: I think I cracked the rail a small bit. It runs really rough and I went around to check for any leaks or whatever and saw a flow of one drop of fuel every second about coming out of the rail between #3 and #2. Could this be causing the super rough running? Could some RTV sealant fix it up?

If it's not losing pressure it shouldn't cause it to run rough. Jb weld will work but it has to cure for at least 24 hours before it can come into contact with gasonline, or it will disolve. Just to make sure I understand you correctly, you have your safc settings at -18? What are the other settings at?

Just another update to help you guys help me: I started it up again, still have the roughness, however this time I took it up to about 4k and builds boost just fine still.

AS in other settings you mean the NE and TH? lo and hi set at 26% and 60% trigger. and rpm points set at 1k,2k,2.5k,3k,3.5k,4k,4.5k,5k,5.5k,6k,6.5k,7k

In response to GVR4592, I believe it is losing pressure because of the crack. Could that small crack cause that loss in pressure, causing it to run as rough as it was?
