OEM composite + Copper spray + ARPs at 95 ft lbs. Never pushed any coolant. I can do 10-15 back to back 30psi pulls and it will not break a sweat.

Will the stock composite head gasket fit .20 over bored cylinders?

Yea the oem gasket will work no problem with .020 over bore. I would talk with your machinest about removing the oring wire. I would keep them in.
