You should use a jam-nut on the top and bottom of the bulkhead regardless of cleareance issues. I used two jam-nuts on the bottom because it provides stronger lock. And it doesn't connect to anything inside the tank, it's for the return line which just drops fuel back into the tank.

The AN to tubing adapter uses a compression fitting and seals fine.

The Aeromotive inlet and outlet fittings are a -6AN thread or 9/16"-18, they are the same thing.

No welding on the return line. And unfortunately, I do not have any more pictures right now.

Yeah man, remember? It came out great. I had to do some variations to keep it un-noticeable. I want to be able to smog it like this and not get failed on visual.

I did almost the exact same thing you did at the fuel pump. I used two jam nuts and washers on the return line as well.

The only fun part to all of this is actually finding someone that has the -8 fuel rail fitting in stock.

No problem man. Yeah I heard the fuel rail fittings that fit on the stock fuel rail are hard to find in -8AN. I just drilled and tapped my rail with a 3/8" NPT tap and used Earls fittings. It was cheaper that way too.
