well my engine has some head work to it and big injectors i dunno but im sure it doesnt help. i dont have any leaks though just checked. Maybe i have the pump assembly turned a lil weired and the sensor is reading from a wrong point in the tank??? do i set the FPR at idle or when i rev up to boost?

Good one I forgot about dmlink and fuel pump controlSince you have DSMlink, just turn on the fuel pump with the software (click on ECU/Logfile > Miscellaneous then click the Fuel Pump button) and set it to 43.5 psi. You don't even need to disconnect the vacuum line. You can also easily check for leaks this way. Once it is set, it should read about 38 or 39 (give or take a few) with the vacuum line connected.
