i put my new fmic on today and every thing is hooked up now but when i first started the car i forgot to plug the mass air folw sensor in and the o2 senson in and i pluged them in while the car was runing. Now i have the check engine light on and the thing runs like crap at 4000 rpms. I am confused my datalogger throws the mafs, isc, and air temp sensor codes. Does the ecu just need reset by un hooking the battery or what.

how do i reset things with my datalogger?

Also i unhooked my battery and the light went off:thumb:

but now i think i have a big boost leak.:notgood:

I'm sorry but I'll have to burst your bubble. Even though you reset the ECU you didn't perminently eliminate the Check engine light. It'll reappear in around 100 miles or so.

You don't have a boost leak, leave the car to idle for around 5 mins. Since you've reset the ECU it has to "learn" everything again so you'll experience weird idle for a couple of minutes. Don't worry about it, it'll go away:thumb:

Oh but you were wrong i had a huge boost leak the intercooler pipe that connects to the j pipe wasn't in the coupler. Also my bov was cracked. :thumb:
