So I've got a 1996 eclipse RS and I'm trying to find a used motor, my mechanic only searches locally and his connections haven't found one yet and it's been 2 months, I'm tired of waiting. So I've started looking myself, I know it's hard to trust what you buy online that's why I was trusting my mechanic because we would get a warranty.. But anyways would anyone trust eBay or has anyone bought a motor from a website and it be fine. I don't want over 140k miles. Thanks

You can find 420a motors in several other cars. What's wrong with your old one that it can't be rebuilt?

Tiger imports I belive is still around they have warranties on there engines too.
