So I'm getting a used engine in my 96 eclipse RS because my other engine blew. The engine im getting is used but I have a question about my headers I have on my car. I was wondering if when I get this used engine if I'm getting new headers or will the mechanic use my current headers from the last engine? I just want to make sure that he uses headers and doesn't just leave them off? Thanks guys

That's something to talk to the mechanic who's doing the work... The new used motor mite have the stock ones still on or he has to swap yours over if it doeset come with any..

However, just to be sure, TELL the mechanic you want the headers off your old engine installed on the new engine. All the posts on here mean nothing, mechanics aren't mind readers. The new engine probably just has the stock exhaust manifold on it.
