On wednesday I went to the local 1/8th mile track and raced "heads up" all night. I got 8 runs in and for only 15 dollars I think that's pretty decent.

Best run:
8.67@82mph w/ a 1.9 60-ft

not very impressive

For those of you who are unaware, I'm running a 60-1 at 20psi on a stroker motor (2.3L). I knew something wasn't right b/c I was faster w/ my old motor and smaller turbo, and I was now blowing smoke. Last night I did a compression check on all my cylinders and they were all between 68-85psi!!!!!!!!!! The factory service limit is about 145psi. This is where all my power went. I now need to find the exact problem (which I'm pretty sure is in the head... good thing I have a spare) and get it fixed. For having such shitty compression in my motor, though, I think that those times are pretty good. The car makes alot of power, the engine just needs to be fixed a bit to handle it.
