need to set timing... questions

ok so i wanted to check and possiabley set timing because my cas was leaking oil and i pulled it out and cleaned up everything and since then the timing has been weird... i have talked to some friends and there is a grounding wire... well i have a 90 and there is three wires where this connecter is... my question is which wire do i need to ground? if i hook into the wrong one i know i will fry some wiring... thank you in advance

p.s. i have done some research and cant find anything on a 90... this is the only reason im putting this out there... i know the 90s are different from the 91-94's so i just wanted to make sure...

It's the same grounding plug. I JUST did this about 2 hours ago. The bigger plug right by the fuel pump test plug.

ok so the red and yellow wire??? would you happen to be able to take a pic just to be sure?
