Need to find small turbo

Need to find a turbo that spools at a verry verry low rpm any ideas.have a boosted auto civic and the 14b takes too long to boost and by the time it makes boost it almost stops cause of it being automatic.need imput on a turbo that spools at low rpm.

What engine does it have? I would say T25 is the only other turbo, or a 13b. Not much else you can do besides changing when vtec kicks in or a higher stall converter.
Honda auto's aren't known for their ability to hold power

There are turbos smaller than the 14b? Mine's spooled practically all the time I'm not putting around town. Aside from the 13g (sorry about that) or Tiny-25, the only things that come to mind are the cute little KKK K03 and K04 units that come installed on Audi TTs. Maybe something from a Jetta. If you can't do something with one of those, maybe forced induction just isn't for this particular Honda.

Unlike the pair I met at Advance Auto a few days ago, each running something they'd "pulled from a diesel truck". Wasn't sticking around to find out, I had a tranny to flush. And refill with crappy gear oil.

It's "13g" which I believe are even smaller than the t-25.

Volvo's have small turbos try looking at them..TD04L-12T...Here is one too

One of my buddies had a 14b on a civic and it boosted almost instant!
Don't no why you would need a smaller turbo. What motor is in your civic?

The 13g is actually a hair bigger than the t25. They might both be a good turbo for what you are looking for. My buddy had a 92 civic hatch with the SOHC 1.6 with the t25 and run it run like a champ. I seen him piss off quite a few V8 owner's.
