NEED to figure out in a week, need car for school HELP!!!

OK so i finally got my 90 Laser FWD TURBO, and i everything was fine, i pulled the garge into my friends shop, and did a little work to it, and when i went to pull it in the front, its was idling bad, kept putting, bogged like crazy pulling it out the the check engine light went on, then it went off the next day, and it like didnt wanna run, kept stalling out and wont stay started, anyone got any idea what it could be, i checked the spark plugs, theyre black but didnt look too bad, but just in case i ordered some BRP6's and i got a set of magnacore wires somewhere, and i put some lucas injector cleaner, but the car is still doing it, also i dunno if the 90's had a gas light, cause it is pretty low but no light, and i cant drive it to a gas station, and one more thing, it spits out like black water almost looks like oil and water out of the exhaust PLEASE HELP ME

What kind of work did you do to it? It's something you did you probably just forgot to plug something in. But it would be nice to know what you were doing then we could help you a little better.
