Need some new engine mount bushings

I'm wondering how stiff the polyurethane bushings are compaired to stock. The side bushing in my GSX is toasted and needs replaced. I want it to still be a smooth ride still and don't want to turn the key and all the sudden have a massage chair effect.

If the polyurethane is going to be like this, can somebody just please tell me where I can buy a stock replacement bushing...

But your DSM loves joo, it wants to give you a massage I've never heard of a difference in the ride w/poly mounts..
