Did you put the tensioner on and watch the marks spring to straight up instead of right next to each other?

edit: your timing looks perfect, BTW
vacuum reading on idle is about -5....

I removed the EGR system completely, could that cause any of my problems? Is there anything that i should leave in (any solenoids or valves)...
ive checked my timing by using timing light, and it shows marks about 1/2" higer than leter T on the plastic cover..without light when align cam marks, mark on crank pulley is on the letter T on the plastic cover
thanks

anyone?

another thing that maybe would help is, if i FREE rev up my boost goes up. Somewhere around 4k rpm my wastegate opens up ( my antilag is not active )

i replaced my t-belt and removed balancer shafts and EGR system , rebuilted my trany...
my engine was completelly out....Now after putting everything back together my idle is so bad, i cant rev over 4500rpms, engine is very noisy.....
BUT after adjusting my timing on the DSMLINK to +12 deg on all of the sliders, my car started to work much better (not perfect yet, but way better)... , i know it sound crazy but from now i dont know what could cause this problem... Ive checked my timing belt 1000 times and all marks are where they need to be...Only thing that i would think of is maybe one of the sensors (crank pos, cas or mas) ... any suggestion would be appriciated

It sounds like you have a major IGNITION timing problem. Your VALVE timing appears to be alright. You do understand the difference, right? Did you properly install the crank and cam angle sensors.

No, removing your EGR will not cause this. Have you done a compression test? Who built and installed the motor?

It sounds like you are in a little over your head. Maybe you should have someone else take a look at it.
