Need some Help Car shipper ruined my engine

I bought swordfishes car and had it shipped from Arkansas to Philly pa by an Disclosed autoshipper due to vendor bashing. Some how on the way hear they ended up blowing my engine somehow. I attached the pictures but my question is how did this happen and what happened, i though the starter went but my friend popped the oil cap was like yo.. theres no oil, i looked in and there was a missing rocker, upon removing the valve cover i found 4 rockers off the HLA and valve. there are a few valves that are all different sizes in the same cinder i know other cinders would be differnet due to where the cam is, there is also on valve that so high up it touches thee cam lobe. If anyone has any ideas on what they could of done let me know, i am not going to take the head off until this bull with the insurance i paid on the vehicle comes back. Thanks a lot guys.

There's not a chance that engine was running when put onto the carrier, if this is how it came off. Somewhere, someone's lying.

I got the car home by it being towed home, i know someone is lying and i dont think i will ever know who is, but the shipping companey is reviewing the case and if they dont give me the money its going to court.

i just picked up an engine for staten island and i am going to install next weekend, only 60k on engine. then its getting sold. hopefully i get everything strighted out with my new one soon.

wow. that is some serious damage you got there. also, let this be a lesson learned, next time you buy a car, make sure you drive it first.

i don't think i am ever buying a car though the internet again. i mean you think you can trust people like wisemen but, thats life. Update, the shippin company is not going to cover any damage because its mechanical damage and they don't cover mechanical damage. So i am in talking to a lawyer and they are contacting a lawyer in Arkansan to try to take care of this from where it started. this really sucks, i just want the car to be fixed or to have it taken back and my money refunded.
