need some estimates

I have had a terrible week,first I have been sick for over a week second, the transmission I just had rebuilt awhile back with all upgraded internals for my firebird went out. The trans cooler line came off or ruptured one and fried th 3-4 clutch pack. I may have found someone who want's to trade though, me and him have been talking for over a month on the subject and he has been going through the motor on it (mechanic/ like his fifth dsm) he was just going to replace the rings,turn the crank,bearings and the like, but he said one of the cylinder walls was f'u. He decided to get a new block and put new 2g pistons and newish evo 16g turbo on it too. This is a 1990 eagle talon awd 5-speed. It should be nice when he gets it back together minus the usual faded hood. what do you guys think? He still hasn't came to see it yet but he is finishing up the dsm in his spare time. If I manage to get this car I probably won't be able to do anything for awhile, but where should I start? It does have the evo 16g,2g pistons,possibly bigger fuel pump (not sure),stock injectors,big front mount intercooler,mbc,3inch exhaust. That's what I know so far, any power guesses or max boost 93 pump estimates? btw I know it's a shot in the dark.
