Currently running an Alpine CDA7895, but no line in for my Creative Zen. Looking for a replacement in the area of $200 - $300 only requirement is Line In/Aux. I would prefer for the port to be on the front of the unit, but Im not too incredibly picky :p

Thanks in advance :)

It's all personal opinion in that price range. Find a styling you like and go with it. less than 400 dollars every deck is the same just about.

Do most units universally fit though? Ive tried looking on Crutchfields horrible site that tells you what fits, not a single one has Line In/Aux. :(

They'll all fit. Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine.... all the main brands Whichever I might be missing. You've got a double din slow so you can even go with that if you want.

personally id reccommend pioneer...thats what i have. great stuff.

all of Alpine AI-net headunits have a $20 adapter for RCA inputs available.

check it out. maybe it's just the new ones, or maybe the adaptor would work with yours as well
