Alright, i got a Big 16G a built block, bored .20 over, JE Pistons, Eagle Rods, its a 7 bolt eninge ..... i know i know it should be a 6-bolt but i and getting a 1G Head from my friend, going to go with a fully built head, port and polish, 3 angle valve job, the works, then HKS 272's, i got a big FMI with a 3in downpipe, plan on running full 3in exhaust with a dual tip magnaflow i got. I need to know what size injectors would be the best? What is a high boost that the Big 16G can push?? And What kinda Exhaust manifold would be good with external wastegate?? Thanks for all the help

I dont see why you have a built block, and forgot to do supporting mods. I think with whatever boost you throw at that motor nothing or 720's or 780's are needed. But your car wont go anywhere without supporting mods, except maybe a garage.

i am going to get all the soporting mods, 255hp Fuel Pump, high flow fuel rail, Dejon Tool Intake Manifold, Greddy Type-RS BOV, 3in GM MAF, MAF Translator, DSMLink, GReddy Boost controller, Greddy Tubro Timer, Fidanza Alum Cam Gears, Alum Pulley Set, 2.5in I/C Piping, MSD Plug Wires, Fidanza Alum FlyWheel, ACT 2100lb Clutch Kit, and whatever i forgot.........i have some of this stuff, but the other stuff i need. i lost my licesnce for a year so i got time to make some good money.

Do it in stages. This will make your troubleshooting much easier as you encounter problems, and believe me you will.

Go for the ACT2600 instead of the 2100. 550cc injectors are ok for that turbo. No need for high flow fuel rail, just get a fuel pressure regulator (Aeromotive maybe).
