Need help

My question is when rotating the engine by hand is it supposed to be hars then soft and soo? Also how do you bleed or fill lifters with oil I just got a cup of oil 10-30 and put them all in there I dont know if I did that right? Any help helps thanks!

it will be sofe then have pressure as it pulls and pushes air. and as for the lifters you cam put as much oil as wanted across them. turn it as you do it to really lube it if it is a first start up after a rebuild. and if you did just rebuild it.. put 2 cap fulls of oil down in each spark plug hole.

Oh ok so it is normal if I turn it by hand and its hard and easy to turn at some points? Just wanna make sure about it

Oh ok nice I was thinking it could of been sometging like that because I heard like some kind of pressured air coming out when I was rotating it
