Ok, so I looked at the millions of pages on this but it's all really confusing because everyone says something different.

What im looking for is a bolt-on 50 trim. I want to know everything I will need for the install, and what 50 trim is the cheapest to get with everything. I was looking at extremepsi but i dont know what options to choose or whether or not it's a bolt-on. Any help would be great. I also want it internally gated.

190 pump has been said to be good for about 400 whp, so depending on your plans you could max that pump out. Out of all the std bearing 50 trims, I would have to vote for the FP green as well, though this defently won't be the cheepest one, if thats the route you want to take. If you were looking for something abit cheeper, I'd probably go with the PTE version, the 5031.

I would agree that the FP Green would be the best 50 trim even though it would not be the cheepest. I would suggest a ball bearing turbo instead due to reliability. I'm not saying they are indistructible but I would say they tend to fail less frequently. If you think about it, even if you pay $1000+ for a bb turbo and it lasts for several years it would be better than paying $600 for a standard bearing turbo and have it fail within a year. Again, I'm not saying this will for sure happen but might as well buy the better one.

Here's a link to the std bearing PTE 50 trim from extreme:

Same idea as the one you posted but a few differences. The PTE has the E compressor cover while the Bullseye has the B, which is a smaller cover (most companies tend to go with the larger E cover on their 50 trims). The turbine housings are also slightly different. Externally the PTE has been cast so you can still run the factory heat shield, which IMO is a big plus for both keeping that stock look (if thats what your going for) & mainly to keep engine bay temps down. Internally they are cast different, the Bullseye has a slightly smaller A/R compared to the PTE (Larger the A/R, the more power potential but gives up some bottom end/spool) but they probably don't have the same volute size so their A/R's won't be a direct comparision. More then likely they will both net you basically the same power. One thing I'm not 100% sure on is I believe the PTE uses a Garrett center section while the Bullseye uses a Borg Warner.

Install items you need are O2 housing gasket, turbine to manifold gasket, oil feed line, and probably oil return line (not sure what the stock line is). The optional 90 elbow is for your I/C piping you will need one of those also.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe so. Someone else should be able to tell you for sure.

Yes, the 90 will replace the j pipe. I upgraded from a 16g kiiler to a PTE 50 trim. I reused the feed line, but I had to make the return fitting that goes on the turbo. But the 16g killer is different than the 16g

Talk to Chris At maperformance i got a hell of a deal on 5031e.

ok cool thank you, I actually have a 2g install kit that was for a 16g. Can I use those oil lines?

Im in the same market, but per PTE warranty rules, says only to use there water lines... just thought i would throw that out there.
