need help with vacuum delete

i am wanting to delete the egr and vacuum set up in the car. 2 questions: 1) does anyone know if you need the car to be tuned without the vacuum and egr or will it run ok and just have a CEL 2) I saw the diargram on here before for the vacuum delete but cant find it anymore does someone have the link for it? thanks

I was doing a catch can install, EGR block off and a vacuum delete today.
I just wanted to know about this sensor under the thermostat housing.
The Haynes is calling it a Thermal vacuum valve.
Do I just leave it unplugged,cap it or get a plug and remove the sensor?

I just wasn't sure.
I think I will get a plug and remove the whole sensor.
Probably will look a little nicer.
