need help with control arm

need help to know if the part im actually looking for is what i think it is because i cant seem to have any luck getting replacement bushings..... When i look into my rear tirewell right above the tire with the tire on, the bushing right there (moves left-right) that is visible is rotted out. I just have it held from vibrating obscenely much by inserting washers for now for the mile drive to work and back. I cannot find a bushing for this stupid thing at all or a parts number or anything. is it even called a rear upper control arm bushing or am i just all confused? please someone guide me

Are you talking about the top of part #3? If so, you won't find an OEM replacement. It comes as part of the knuckle assembly. You can get used (try mitsubishi graveyard) or you can get urethane replacements.
