Need help opening log on my pc

I'm new to the datalogging stuff. I'm using mmcd on a palm m100. I've got the log file hot synced on to my pc. It is some kind of a hot sync backup file and I cant figure out how to bring it up and take a look at it. any help is appreciated.

Im assuming you mean that he needs the .exe file. I have that and have used it to put the file in a spreadsheet but is there any way you can view the log in graph mode?
