how do i get my log off my palm on to my pc

exactly what it says, i've hotsync with some trouble, if i dont change expense settin to do nothing, itstead of sync it locks up. i have my log save as test1 in palm n stein but cant find it please help.

I have the worst trouble in the WORLD tryin to get my log off of my palm. What I have started doing is just taking my palm in the house and manually typing in all of my logs to the computer when I get them and then posting them on here for people to see and help me out with because otherwise palm n stein will freeze up on you most of the time.

ok that helped some, well ive got my test1.db1 file off my palm but the only thing that reads it is tuner player which doesnt work well, and i'd like a table format. the help is appriciated.
i tried the link above the test1.db1 file is in the wrong format so it doesnt even show up as numbers. just junk.
