Need Help! new speakers!

OK> i bought these new pioneer speakers for around 60 bucks shipped. they are 6.5 4-way 260 watts each. which sounded really good to me plus one of my friends said you can never go wrong with pioneer. well i replaced the two front speakers with thesese because my stock ones were already popped. well they sound about the same now just without the popped speaker sound. so now i assume i need an amp. i was looking around and i saw a couple. the thing is i really want to stay within the pioneer brand, but do not want to spend that much cash hopefully buy the amp on ebay as i did with the speakers.i found a 760 watt amp and it is a 2 cahnnel wich will devide them to 2 250 watt. so im not quite sure any sujestions on picking out the right amp? by the way i have a 96 spyder gst any other oppinions on helping my system sound really nice?

Is text the size of California really needed here?

Suggestions: Make sure when chosing an amp you match the RMS of the speaker to the RMS output of the amp. That way you won't fry anything. Matching OHMS is also important as putting too much stress on any one component is always bad.
Other than that, a head unit will usually help with aftermarket speakers. Stock headunits put out an average of 6 RMS per channel where as an aftermarket unit will put out around 15 RMS.
