Need help installing antenna. pics!

I bought a replacement antenna off ebay, because I finally got around to getting a radio that worked. Here's the one I got, that is supposed to be stock. Notice it has the plastic thing with the teeth so it can be raised and lowered, and it's got nothing to screw in on the bottom.

Trouble is, I have no idea how this thing is supposed to be mounted on the car. The antenna holder i've got has threads so an antenna can be screwed in. It's not open, so you can't feed the teeth thing in it. The only thing i can thing of is I dont have a stock antenna mount. Here's a pic.

I believe the problem you have is that you purchased an atenna for a power antenna setup and your car is a non power setup.

That's a mast for a power antenna. If you don't have a power antenna, just go to Radio Shack (or nearly anyplace) and just get an antenna. Should come in under $20.
