I need to get my car tuned for DEQ, and its running rich with a to4e turbo.

I try installing my aeromotive fpr and I don't seem to now how to replace the bottom fuel line that goes to the bottom of the fpr with the braded line. So FPR is sitting in my garade for 4 months now.

Other than that, all you mention is wat I have in.

You are over running your stock FPR. You need to install the new regulator to control how much fuel you are pushing, either that or put your stock pump back in for the test.
