What ^^^ said.

Aren't those rotors intalled wrong?! The slot seems to put stuff on the inside of the rotor instead of away from it.

alright they are the neeper sabres. Very heavy wheel (obviously). And if i remember right they have been discontinued

I think they are just stupid... Not stupid, but f-ugly...

You were right that they have been discontinued, but wrong on the heavy part. They are chromed aluminum and actually pretty light.

Nope, that's the correct direction for Brembo rotors. I don't know about all manufacturer's but I would assume that they are all the same.

Well after your post I thought that mine were installed backwards, so I did some more research. But incase anyone is following on this, the rotors intalled in pic one on this thread are installed backwards.

From Brembo's site: http://hp.brembo.com/edit/faq/#31

"The first two vane types are non-directional, and can be used on either side of the vehicle. The curved vane disc, however, is directional. A curved vane disc must be installed with the vanes running back from the inside to outside diameters in the direction of rotation. Please see figure. Orienting the disc in the manner creates a centrifugal pump. The rotation of the disc causes air to be pumped from the center of the disc, through the vanes, and out through the outside diameter of the disc. This greatly enhances the disc's ability to dissipate heat. "

More info here - http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78816&page=2&highlight=brembo+rotors+installed (Thanks to Defiant! :thumb: )

My brembo slotted and cross drilled rotors are installed like this pic below (not my car or my pic). I installed it that way because it made more sense to me to use centrifugal force on the disc to move heat and water away from the center of the disc and towards the vents in the rotors.

Sorry for going off topic, I just didn't want people getting confused and installing it wrong.
