Need help identifying head

Me and my friend are butting heads on this. We got our Mighty Max with a '4G63' head on it already, but when I pulled it off it had 1.6L stamped on it with a C under it. I was told by a few people this is a 4G61 head. Please confirm this someone.

A picture would definitely help. But since it says 1.6L then I don't see why it would be a 4g63 head.
