need help HG or hardware

my profile should be up-to-date for my mods. here is my problem, a friend and i were out tuning my car with dsmlink v3. was making 2nd gear passes and going for 11.5 a/f ratio. on about the third pass i saw a little puff of smoke come out from under the hood. 4th pass some more came out so i stopped after this pass and popped the hood. there was a little smoke coming out of my catch can, but i didn't think anything too much of it. After the 5th and final pass the a/f ratios were right around 11.5(the highest was 11.7, but we put some fuel back in to lower that number). on the way back to my house the cabin fills with smoke, and some comes out from under the hood too. when i get back into my garage i pop the hood and smoke is rolling out of the catch can and there is oil on parts all around it. i drained the catch can. the first thing that came out was clear water, then a green tinted creamy stuff. basically what everyone says they get out of it. did a cold compression test today and from right to left the cylinders came out like this 148/153/120/00. from what i read 11-12 a/f ratios weren't too lean, so could a hg cause numbers like this or did i burn something up?

On that last compression number, do you really mean 00, or did you mean 100?

well we managed to eek out about 2psi, but yea basically 0

That's definitely not good Usually when you blow a head gasket, you'll still get some compression. It is possible you blew a chunk of it off though. What did the car sound like right when this happened - was it making any mechanical noises that didn't sound good?

on the trip back in to town, it had a little spudder or a miss but other then that no.

Regardless of what your problem is, it's going to involve taking the head off. I'd go ahead and tear apart your head. Make sure you have it inspected for warpage and for cracks. When you take off your head my guess is you'll see a big chunk of your HG missing on that bad cylinder. If you don't see a piece missing off that head gasket, then you're going to probably find a crack in the head. Make sure when you're reinstalling the head you use some ARP studs - do NOT overtighten them.

Yeppers, there's clearly coolant in the oil and the headgasket at #1 is most likely shot. Together with above reccmmendations, check your oil condition and coolant level. Hopefully, the head hasn't warped, but the oil could be fouled.

If it was a piston ring and/or land that blew, it wouldn't cause coolant in your oil. So head gasket or cracked head for sure. I doubt it was piston related, 11.5 is a nice safe mixture.

my coolant was a little low, i'm going to check the condition of the coolant and the oil today, but what came out of the catch can was pure water not coolant.

I interpreted your description of "green tinted creamy stuff" as residue from coolant vapor. If that's known not to be the case with catch can use, then I mispoke!

got my head off this weekend and there is an incredibly large portion missing from my #4 piston. i am looking at buying a different motor and build this one up while it is out. thank you all for your help.
