Need help have an unknown problem?

I just got it running and i have a big 16g and stock furl system but no boost controller but i seem to be hitting boost very good thats not the prob. the prob is like once i hit a rpm the car just revs up and stops like moving no liek stop but it doesmt have apower then i left off and it goes back to normal soemtiems it backfires.help?

Sounds like your hitting Fuel Cut.

He would know if he hit fuel cut it feels violent and its a jolt like your whole tranny dropped out(kinda scary the first time you do it). he describes it as if its reving and then it almost feels like its out of gear.

stock clutch??? maybe its slipping. What gear does this happen in

Its shouldn't be slipping unless it was already bad. Have you done a boost leak test recently. I once had a problem with a leak in a coupler were it would run fine tell the boost started to build to a level the the coupler would stretch and open up witch caused it to lose power whenever giving it much throttle.
