ARP suggests a good quality Moly Lubricant if you do not use their lubricant, torque to 80ft/lbs. If you dont use a moly lube, use 30wt oil on threads and washers and torque to 120ft/lbs. Most likely your block is not warped, iron is a lot harder to warp than aluminum. The only way to be sure is to get a straight edge ruler and feeler gauge and check it yourself. Or pull the block and take it to a machine shop and have them check it.
