Need help bad oil problem

My timing belt broke after 12k on the rebuild engine. I found that it broke cause the oil pump went out, i had the bent valves replace and all of the ground ect. i put the engine all back together started it up and noticed it was squirting oil out of the right side of the engine. i took the timing belt cover off and found that the oil was coming from to open ports on the pump housing. any ideas as to what that means? im lost.

i am also leaking oil around the timing belt area..... im in the same boat? ive tried to pin point it but came empty handed

Ya im retarted i just figured what my problem was it was the bolts on the auto tensioner. see i put the timing belt on and everything and cranked it over to make sure everything was good and aligned before i put the tensioner back on thats why it was squirting oil ugg dumb moment.

Sounds like me, I found out the hard way that when you do a bse install you have to put a short bolt in the bs tensioner bolt hole cause oil will cruise right through. (hard to tell if it goes through when installed)

The bolt in the middle of the oil pump housing, where the balance shaft belt tension pulley went.

I hi-lighted the bolt yellow in my pic. You either have to put the pulley back on with the original bolt or get a shorter one and put RTV on the threads to seal it up.
