Well i am taking out my sportline cause they are scraping my bumper and my downpipe since roads are bad here, i want to put in a decent drop like 1.3-1.5

What's better tein S-tech or eibach pro-kit?

Also do spring actually improve traction that much?

What do springs actually do for a car??

How can i achieve the best ride quality in my car??

Thanks

I sell both the Pro Kit, and the S-Tech springs in my store. I have sole way more eibachs than tein setups, and of the tein setups, i've never heard one single positive review. Most of my nissan customers buy these springs, and while some are satisfied, those who actually use the springs (aka autox, drifting, nasa/scca club racing), arent very satisfied. Eibach is definitely the way to go out of the two your looking at however i've not used or seen any reviews of the s-techs on a dsm.

Springs dont improve traction. They improve handling, and stability if the right spring is chosen.

The way to achieve best ride quality is to get a matched set of struts for the springs you pick. Koni Yellows are typically referred to as one of the best struts out there that is commonly available. Many use the KYB AGX's, and Tokiko's as well. They KYB GR2 is an upgraded replacement strut that is a little stronger than factory, but typically not recomended for cars lowered more than a minimal amount.
