Need Altezza and/or Clear Taillight pics for 1G please

I have known for a while now that you can get altezza style taillights for the 1G but while I was recently surfing the web I came across a page selling all clear taillights for the 1G.I have never seen neither of these on a 1g so I was wondering if any of you have pictures of your or any other persons 1g with a set of altezza or clear taillights on it.If so id appreciate it if you would post it so I could see it because i'm very interested in seeing if they mess up the look or make it look better.

One thing im trying to do on my 94 talon (the ugly back end with crappy yellow)

yeah so i spray painted the middle top section (the yellow part) black.
Im wondering if I use regualr spray paint on the yellow for the signal's... will the light still go through spray paint... or will it block sight and not let light through, therefore getting me a ticket or worse, a accident?

Hahaha!!! Ricey parts should never touch a DSM. Turbo or not. Imports have a bad enough name as is, at least DSMs are sort of in the clear. Except people make fun of our reliability issues, of course.

As much as I make fun of my friend for having chrome altezza's on his '92 Talon, I really like the gen 2 carbon fiber taillights from the link to Procarparts someone listed earlier.

I agree about the ricey parts thing, to a certain extent. My tails were on the car when I bought it, so I can honestly say that I haven't bought one ricey thing for my car. If some people think my car is riced out, that's cool. I have my mod list to back it up. I'm not trying to sound like an ass or cocky, it's just that people get too weird about car parts. Don't like altezza's, don't buy them. I guess for the $200 he spent on those tezza's I would have bought some 550's or an AFC. I guess to my defense, I have removed alot of ricey stuff from my car. It had ALOT of stickers on it when I bought it. I mean, a BIG red SUPERSPORT sticker on the back bumper and some Kanji, and alot of stickers of vendors that don't even make Talon parts. Go figure. But it's all what you want I guess. I don't want a car that looks fast and is slow, I want clean and fast.

Call me crazy.

Thanks man, but those ones on the car above are the same. I just hate that center piece, it looks cheap and shitty. That's just my opinion though. That picture isn't very funny, it's actually kinda sad. I mean to bite off from the movie car like that really lacks originality. And that's why we customize or modify our cars, to make them unique.

Oh well. We can't save them all. Sorry for the double post, just had a little more to say.

Hey I dont care what anybody says but thats just not right! Look at that damn contraption! Ok, a spoiler on TOP of a damn spoiler? the hell? Somebody in that neighborhood with a truck should total that POS and put it out of its misery. That car is obviously in a lotta pain. Ugly paint + cheap ass looking bobo altezza's + double trouble look out 2f2f spoiler + wheel gap equal to a 4x4 = what? A new breed of ricer beater. Look how freakin "high" that spoiler is! I bet whoever installed it got a nosebleed. If it was on the front bumper it could clear snow from the road. That car looks like a Matchbox.

Does anyone think the DRIFT ripoff bumper is any ricey. I originally wanted to get a 240sx with the s15 front end which this is clearly a ripoff of but I think it makes the stock front end of the eagle/eclipse look a lot better

I've seen the drift bumper on the 1g without pop-up lights and it looks really good if you keep the rest of the car clean. The car I saw it on was all white with a large FMIC and black wheels. Classic look and pulled off very tastefully.

I've seen something like that too but the only good ones i've seen have been white. I've seen another one not so great in blue. Ever seen any other colors. Are there any other bumpers for the 1G eclipse?>

Ok just to get my 2 cents in, I hate alltezza lights more then highschool. Seriously they look like shit and only make people laugh...including my self at you. Get black outs or white outs if anything. There garbage and look all plastic and shity. I know im being harsh but hey this is just my 2 cents like I said.

I've bought some stuff from racerwheel before for my Civic and they were always nice to me and never said they had something unless they had it. I would email them and see if they can take a pic and send it to you. I think the clear would look good on a white car or one with a light color. Put it on a dark car and I'm not so sure.

As far as altezzas go, I think it's a matter of the car you're putting them on. I put black altezzas on my 94 Civic not for the looks, but because the stock setup was hard to see even at night and I was almost rear-ended a couple times. I've had no problems since and my backup lights actually light up enough that I can see now.
